The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be the state and federal courts located in Riga, Latvia, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Assignment
You may not assign, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or delegate your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which will be given at our sole discretion and without obligation. Any such assignment or transfer will be void. We are free to assign any of our rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of our assets or stock, or as part of a merger.

Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. You will only pay return shipping and insurance.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
The memorial diamond or its setting must be undamaged.
The diamond or setting must be in the Lucia.Click packaging.
To ensure compliance with the above criteria, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the aforementioned criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without such proof, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping Items
To return an order, you must first contact us and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns can be mailed to the "Lucia.click" address provided at the time of return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
You must ensure that the products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If we detect that the product has been used more than necessary for you to reasonably inspect it or that it is damaged, we may refuse the refund.
